These are informational headers. I think we added them for a
little study on ICP and cache digests.

X-Cache says whether the cache was actually a HIT or a MISS.

X-Cache-Lookup says what the cache-digest would predict about this
request.

Together these two headers let us calculate the percentage
of false hits, false misses, and the like.
