Maybe I missed something in the documentation and FAQ, but if anyone can
help, I would really appreciate it. I want to use an actual ftp client
rather than a web browser so I tried setting up my Squid machine as a
passthrough server and as a socks server ( I didn't think socks would work
but I tried anyways ).

My server setup is:
RH6.0
squid-2.2.STABLE2

My client setup is:
WINNT 4.0 WS
Reflections for TCP, FTP Client

When I setup the ftp client for a passthrough server I had 2 options for the
server I wanted to connect to: username@server -or- SITE server. Both of
these options didn't work. I telneted into my server on port 21 and saw that
the SITE command isn't even supposed to be used that way. I never saw
anything on the username@server.

If you need more info, please reply.
