TCP_SWAPFAIL_MISS?

Hi everyone,

I found this in my access log and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was
or why it happened? I have been doing some load testing and I haven't been
getting great performance. Is this a symptom of some problem that is
causing the poor performance of squid? Thank you for explaining.
