        You can use a proxy without DNS, and sites can have multiple
        IPs; only the final proxy knows which IP was actually used.
        Basically it is not sensible to expect to log anything except
        the form that was used in the http request.

        The best you can do is extract the host field from the URLs,
        sort -u them and then feed them into nslookup, etc., to get the
        list of possible addresses for each.
