        Incidentally, given that most legitimate users of
        e-zines would be on dynamic IP addresses, it seems
        rather suspect that they are validating on IP address;
        although I think this is largely unenforced, I don't
        think the acceptable use policies for most UK
        Universities would actually permit recreational use,
        but it is seems they are targetting users who are
        using their employer's or school's connection.
