there is an RA proxy from the RA folks. The problem is that RA uses UDP
and it's own scheme to deal with dropped packets. The big trouble is that
it uses a range of port numbers to setup the connections with so
firewalling the RA proxy is a bit of a pain but it can be done.

Squid is not the best way to proxy RA.
