Unfortunately http://squid.nlanr.net/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-2.html#ss2.6 does not
give more than rudimentary information. Not really more than you'd get
from ./configure --help
Other sections of the FAQ touch on the various options, however. You can
(for example) find out about delay pools there, and the other options
that can be enabled at configure-time.
