I'm the administrator of the firewall (FW-1 by Checkpoint) and the proxys
are alowed to go direct (to destination Any, protocol Any).

The value of minimum_direct_hops is 5 ... suggestions for a different value
?

My whole squid.conf is in one of my previous mails ;)
