You need to enable httpd_accel mode in squid.conf. A TCP hijacking proxy
acts like an accelerator for all hosts on the internet.

You can't. Squid is a HTTP proxy, not a FTP proxy. The fact that it can
act as a HTTP->FTP gateway for HTTP clients does not make it a FTP
