Bad file descriptor

Hi all,

I have compiled squid2STABLE5 on Red Hat 6.0 (Mandrake) with kernel 2.2.X.
I am getting error msgs in /var/log :

I looked in Dancer's FAQ of HOWTO increase file descriptor but to no
avail.
