Sort of, but not quite. It means that Suqid has needed to make 1760 DNS
queries. This includes requeries of already visited hosts and reverse
lookups of IP addresses if needed.

I don't think it is ever reset, except when Squid is restarted.

The time measure is only meaningful when the process is buzy (B flag).
When it is not buzy it shows the time since the process was last used.
