That is because you have not told it where the MIB file is located. Read
the documentation for the SNMP tools you are using on how to specify
aditional MIB files.

As above MRTG does not automaticaly know what the names mean. You will
need to use the MRTG included MIB parser. Read the MRTG documentation for
details.
