Hello,

You can use HTTP, FTP with squid.

But for others (IRC) you should setup IP Masquerading (under Linux) or
similiar under your OS.

(EMAIL) you may use fetchmail to get mails and sendmail to send mails.

I have no idea about RTP protocol.
