FD -1: fcntl F_GETFL: (9) Bad file number

Hello! I have a problem with one of my squid servers.Few hours ago squid

started to give
the message below,hundred times a second until it almost filled up my
HDD ....
I've tried to:
- change settings in squid.conf
- recompile squid 2.2 STABLE 4
- compile squid 2.2STABLE 5
- mv cache -> cache_OLD
- squid -z
- change kernel from 2.2.5. to 2.2.13

everything was useless.Can anybody help me? Its a problem with file
descriptors?
