No, it is not sheduled as far as I know. Squid is slowly approaching
HTTP/1.1, but I do not know when it will become compliant, if ever.

At this time no-one has a clear picture of what is required to make it
HTTP/1.1 compliant. RFC2616 (current official HTTP/1.1 spec) mentions
the words SHOULD and MUST 255 + 340 = 595 times, and each SHOULD or MUST
condition must be fulfilled to call a product compliant. Luckily many of
these SHOULD or MUSTS is not relevant to proxies, but each must be
verified.
