Squid can't do much besides deny it if it receives the request and there
is no way it can handle it.

If the rquest routing can't be performed in MS proxy then you can do it
in the browsers using the "no proxy for" setting or a custom PAC script
with the appropriate knowledge.

If you are running MS-proxy in CARP mode then your clients most likely
already have a PAC script, and you may be able to modify this to include
the code needed to go direct to local servers.
