Problems with deny_info

I have:
http_access deny sex-ip all
http_access deny sex all
http_access deny sex-rev all
http_access deny sex-regex all
deny_info ERR_SEX sex-ip sex sex-rev sex-regex

I have the file ERR_SEX in correct directory

But instead ERR_SEX squid returns file called ERR_TCP_DENIED (this is
correct action when is no deny_info line), what make I wrong?
