I don't have a good frame of reference for previous 2.2 kernels because
I rebuilt this server and this is the first 2.2 kernel that's ever been
on it.
I doubt that it's a problem with the network card driver.... I have no
problems with any other network activity. It just appears that Squid
doesn't talk back to the client after the web server responds to squid.
