Sorry for the long silence. After Hendrik's remark about our parent
having severe performance problems I removed the parent declaration
from my squid.conf and the problem of incomplete loads hasn't
reappeared since. Our WWW access speed has also improved considerably.
So it seems it was our parent's fault somehow.
