The following condition should be true
cache_dir size / store_avg_object_size * 2 < L1 * L2 * L2

For only 10 MB L1 and L2 can be tuned down considerably. The default is
good for up to 6GB i think.

Please remember that you need to wipe clean you cache if you change L2
or if you change L1 and the above condition has been false.
