the problem may be on many situations,
I can provide you some commom solutions;
Firstly try another port for squid,(say:8080 or 3443)
by using http_port in squid.conf,you can test it by
this: telnet yoursquidbox.yoursubdomain.yourdomain port_number
the port_number is the port you assigned above.
the other problem may be on your incomming tcp requests
IP numbers.
the other problems depends on the above solutions result.
