        We also do some test , we found if we click reload button (IE and
Netscape) , all the web pages are old pages. After we hold shift + Reload
botton , the newer web page shows.
        What the different between reload and shift+ reload ? Does brower
will make different request ?
        We also sure we don't have those invalid http protocol parameter (
override last-mod .,etc)in our squid.conf.

The RELOAD button on the browsers should do this.
Make sure that you did NOT use one of the following options to
'refresh_pattern':
# options: overrsde-expire
# override-lastmod
# reload-into-ims
# ignore-reload
