These are not serious errors. Squid expected a cache hit but found
an empty swap file. It will generate a cache miss for the request so
the user still gets what s/he requested.

If you see the same swap file number (0000CE17) repeated in the cache.log
then you may want to wipe it out and start clean. If not, then I expect
the warnings will decrease and stop eventually.
