That's correct. There's a Linux box on each site that will be running
Squid. Standard config with RedHat 6.1. Probably the rpm version. If the
URL or objects are not on the client side or here on this Linux box, then it
should do a request over the satellite to our inktomi-cluster servers which
are also caching all the URLs.

Well I've looked through that file, i.e. access.log and it looks fairly
straightforward. Doesn't look like it's pullin stuff from the cache server.

I have been tinkering with the squid.conf file and I think I may have
something working. At least when I restart the service, it doesn't
complain.

#cache_peer hostname type 3128 3130
cache_peer inktomi-cluster.onsatnet.com parent 8080 0 no-query proxy-only

That looks to work. At least, it is not complaining. But I need to test it
now somehow.
