Optimal config needed

Hello,

I need help to configure Squid optimal on following PC:
Dual Pentium III 500MHz
1GB RAM
18GB hard disk

I can not to put optimal parameter in the Squid conf file.
I want to configure Squid on PC (w/above config.) with optimal
performance. Is it possible?
