I´m so sorry but in my Version of Netscape ( 4.51),
is it not possible to select Upload File ...
I have read the help File ( there is nothing in for this )
and i have tried under preferences -> composer -> publishing
but nothing works.
What a big sh...
Have you any ideas ??
