Hi All,

I have been trying to get squid 2.2.stable5 running on
a sparcclassic
running solaris 2.7. I am using gcc 2_8_1-sol7 and
have
perl-5_005_03-sol7 installed. I have environmental
paths set correctly. I
can run the ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/squid
fine. When I run the make all, and this compilation
gets to the .o (object
files im assuming) where I always err out with a Fatal
error 1
Symbol referencing errors. No output written to squid
error, Command failed
for target 'all'.
I have the full developers software for solaris 2.7
installed, but just
cant seem to get past this point.
Does anyone have any ideas? Has this been seen before?
Please respond to
this email address ,

Thanks!!
David LePage
