odd debug message

Hi

I've just installed squid 2.1s1 which fails to start. I increased the debug
level and the following message appeared:

2000/02/02 10:48:54| Rebuilding storage in /usr/local/squid/cache (DIRTY)
2000/02/02 10:48:54| Set Current Directory to /usr/local/squid/cache
2000/02/02 10:48:54| assertion failed: internal.c:97: "host && port && name"

Any ideas?
