Redirector(squidGuard) config. problem

I installed squidGuard but i am unable to get squidGuard.conf file and
also it doesn't create any squidGuard directory. I also get some error
when i run "make test" as i mentioned below.

I perform following setps:

( Im in the directory /local/src/)
1. ./configure (performed OK)

2. make (performed OK)

3. make test (show following error)
Running test1 with 1000 requests..2000-02-04 15:53:42 [3386]
../src/squidGuard: can't write to logfile
/usr/local/squidGuard/log/squidGuard.log
2000-02-04 15:53:42 [3386] init domainlist
/local/src/squidGuard-1.1.2/test/blacklist/domains
2000-02-04 15:53:42 [3386] init urllist
/local/src/squidGuard-1.1.2/test/blacklist/urls
.Done

IT DOESN'T CEATE squidGuard DIRECTORY IN /USR/LOCAL/ (AND NOT ANYWHERE
ELSE)

4. make install (shows the following screen)
[root@ws2 squidGuard-1.1.2]# make install
making install.bin in squidGuard-1.1.2
cd src && make install.bin
make[1]: Entering directory `/local/src/squidGuard-1.1.2/src'
making install.bin in src
/usr/bin/install -c squidGuard /usr/local/bin/squidGuard
make[1]: Leaving directory `/local/src/squidGuard-1.1.2/src'
making install in squidGuard-1.1.2
[root@ws2 squidGuard-1.1.2]#

It creates two executable squidGuard files in the following directories.

/local/src/squidGuard-1.1.2/src/squidGuard
/usr/local/bin/squidGuard

but again there is no file with the name squidGuard.conf and not any
squidGuard directory. Can anyone help me.

I am running :
squidGuard-1.1.2
squid-2.2.STABLE4
db-2.7.7
