Please, help with always_direct/never_direct

Hello!

I've uprgaded from 2.2-STABLE5 to 2.3-STABLE1, and found that my rules
for DIRECT did't work now.
Could anybody help me with simple rules to always fetch direct from
certain IP/domains, and never fetch direct for rest of the world?

Here is my rules, but it didn't work ;(

acl locl0 dstdomain solik.net
acl locl1 dstdomain tdgu.sumy.ua
acl locl2 dstdomain sumy.net
acl locl3 dstdomain sumy.com
acl locl4 dstdomain sim.net.ua

always_direct allow locl0 locl1 locl2 locl3 locl4
always_direct deny all
never_direct allow all
