What is your quick_abort settings?

Recommended setting is to fully enable quick aborts

quick_abort_min 0 kb
quick_abort_max 0 kb

Note that quick_abort_min is what is said in squid.conf: it disables
quick aborts, causing Squid to alwaus FINISH the download even if the
client aborts the request.
