Have you set up ACL's so only your users can access your squid.
Otherwise you might have outsiders abusing your bandwidth.

Ive seen people do this, I can only assume they want to anonymise their
web browsing or something similar.
Of course, its more of a problem here in Australia where ISP's tend to
pay for bandwidth by the meg.
If you make this mistake, it can cost you a lot of money.

You should have a careful look in access.log and see what IP's requests
are coming from.
