Log formats

Hi all. Two things. Has anyone used Webtrends to analyze there logs? I
am having trouble with the time showing the wrong time (think it is
leaving the time in offset 0 instead of -10 as the time zone both the
proxy server and the analyzer machine are in). Has anyone got a fix for
this, I am using native squid logs.

Also is it possible to configure squid to log the browser type and
possible the OS that a user is using in the access.log?

Any help would be appreciated.
