Hi All,

Now, I want to make a reverse proxy by using squid with
accelerator mode.

My configuration is below.

http_port 80
httpd_accel_host aaaa.xxx.com
httpd_accel_port 80

When I start 'squid' with user-squid, a message about
permission to open port 80 occurs in my cache.log.

--
commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 8 to *:80: (13) Permission denied
FATAL: Cannot open HTTP Port
Squid Cache (Version 2.3.STABLE2): Terminated abnormally.
--
So, I 'su -' to be root and call 'RunAccel'. It fails again
with some error messages in squid.out.
--
WARNING: Cannot write log file: /usr/local/squid/logs/cache.log
/usr/local/squid/logs/cache.log: Permission denied
messages will be sent to 'stderr'.

The permission of cache.log in /usr/local/squid/logs :

The permission of etc in /usr/local/squid :
drwxrwxr-x 4 squid squid 1024 Mar 27 10:03 etc
The permission of errors in /usr/local/squid/etc :
drwxrwxr-x 2 squid squid 1024 Mar 19 15:00 errors
The permission of some files in /usr/local/squid/etc/errors :

-rw-r--r-- 1 squid squid 564 Mar 19 15:00 ERR_READ_TIMEOUT
-rw-r--r-- 1 squid squid 455 Mar 19 15:00 ERR_SHUTTING_DOWN
I also change permission of ERR_READ_TIME to be below.
-rwxr-xr-x 1 squid squid 564 Mar 19 15:00 ERR_READ_TIMEOUT
But it doesn't work.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you,
