SQUID 2.2-STABLE5 ACL no-cache

I am trying to understand how I can apply the above to a specific domain/IP
address. How could the above be modified to blanketly not cache all .HTM
and .HTML files in DOMAIN.COM/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx?
