Forward Proxy with alternating ports

Hi,
I need to setup a proxy on Solaris that will transparently proxy http, and
https requests through a proxy host. I was told squid could do this. Can it?
If so how?

Inside (port 80) --> --Proxy Host-- --> Outside (port 5500)
