I got "Cannot open HTTP Port"

Hello,

I got strange fatal error message when I want to start Squid such as
"FATAL: Cannot open HTTP Port"

I'm using Squid 2.2.STABLE5 on FreeBSD 3.4-RELEASE.

I set http_port 8080.

I also tried to start Squid from a command line as a root;
# ./squid -NsY&
[1] 1229
# FATAL: Cannot open HTTP Port

This is the all I got from Squid.

There are no valid result from lsof.
# ./lsof | grep 8080
lsof: no pwd entry for UID 127

Any helps will be appreciated.
