Requests for improvements can be sent to squid-dev@squid-cache.org or
squid@ircache.net, or simply discussed on squid-users and hopefully
someone will take them up.

Implementation of what you suggest is possible with a little coding.
However I am a bit buzy on other tasks at the moment. I'll note your
request for future improvements.
