You can add your other HDs by first adding them in system and then make the
fileysystems,

Then in running condition replace your cache_dir TAG with these New HD's and
run

/usr/local/squid/bin/squid -z

remember delete or comment your existing cache_dir line first

when its done uncomment the first cache_dir (Active one) in conf file and
the reconfigure squid.
