Squid Authenticate Users from Windows NT4 running Service Pack5

Hi,
i want to authenticate my squid user from my Primary Domain Controller, i have
Redhat Linux6.2, i installed the SMB Proxy Authentication Module 0.05, and did
all the things that appear in that page, but still i not get authenticated, any
idea whats i am going wrong?
