(FIX) Re: WebDav and Microsoft adding new METHODS

For those who want Outlook Express to work "Better" with squid/hotmail
(tested and works)

Allows multiple highlighted message deletes in Hotmail via Outlook Express.

Still no word from Microsoft about what other undocumented "METHODS" they
use.
