AKAIK you need "httpd_accel_uses_host_header on" additionally, and you
need a redirector like "jesred", which is very fast. Then, Squid has to
be re-configured and -compiled with "--disable-internal-dns" and you have
to add your 3 webservers to /etc/hosts, or try to make use of DNS
round-robin.
