Re: Squid too slow after proxy chain

First question is why have you chained your proxy to "a remote proxy
somewhere in the US"? Doing so sounds "stupid". Sort of like connecting
your phone switch thru "a remote phone switch somewhere in the US".
Maybe the bad performance is because of poor connectivity to this
"remote proxy somewhere".

You should only set up peerings if it is known that you will gain from
them. There is no point in peering only to be peering.
