Looking at this section, I can see something which might be misinterpreted
by squid. You are defining a range of IPs for each acl, then giving a mask
for the class C IP. If you are going to define a range, then you might want
to get rid of the "/255.255.255.0" for each src......

The rest looks fine to me (but I AM new to squid, and acls are kicking my
butt...heh
