Cacheing the uncacheable

Hi,

Squid is up and running and seems to be kind of okay except some sites don't
cache very well or at all.

things like www.altavista.com or www.jungle.com

I keep seeing tcp_miss/200 in the log - is this the sites themselves or can I
force squid to cache these requests? or is my config wrong?.

2 - How can I set up cacheing of the the local LAN/WAN ? Squid cant ssem to
resolve the local URL addresses
