It is of course impossible to disable access by message content. One can
install a variety of redictors to restrict access by sites, and an organization
can then limit access to sites deemed not supporting the organizational
objectives. See redirectors section on:

I personally use squirm as filtering software for firewalls for schools. Simple
and very efficient.
