Yes, you are quite correct. Running it (and NOT using it) works fine...:-)

However, using a (to me) very simple (and insecure) acl, like;

        acl all src 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
        acl allow all
        acl deny !all

should work (I may have the exact commands wrong in the example here).
