with unsubscribe in the subject...
if sent blank you will get instructions... like when you first subscribed...

would it be possible to put instructions on the bottom of each email sent to
squid-users@ircache.net ? just one line, like:
For instructions send a blank message to squid-users-request@ircache.net
as many mailing lists do... it would be helpfull
