[SQU] Enable IRC and Internetphone

Hi
I'm running Squid On Linux RedHat 6.0 and IPchains 1.3.8 .
My problem is : on my host (under Win98) I can't use some services like
chat software (IRC) and internetphone.

How can I configure my Squid or IPchains for resolve this problem?

 on my server ipchains -L give :
      Chain input (policy ACCEPT):
      Chain forward (policy ACCEPT):
      Chain output (policy ACCEPT):

          ipchains -M -L give :
             IP masquerading entries

Please help me
