browser type is not recorded in access.log unless you enable
log_mime_hdrs. The same goes for the request mime type.

The browser ACL matches the User-Agent HTTP header in the request.

request_mime_type matches the Mime-type header in the request (not
reply).

Both headers are logged in access.log if log_mime_hdrs are enabled.
